The main level entry takes you through beautiful stained glass doors into a majestic lobby accented by a sweeping staircase. Off this lobby are 4 master suites, all with their own unique design and decorations and fully private bathrooms.

A unique feature of the house is the Speakeasy room, with card table, wet bar and decor reminiscent of an earlier time. The Speakeasy is a great place to watch sports and is close to the outdoor entertainment area so your guests won't be separated from the fun.

On the other side of the lobby you pass through another set of wonderfully etched glass doors that lead down to the entertainment area with gas BBQ grill, outdoor fridge, a heated in-ground pool, and a poolside bath with shower. Just beyond is an ocean view outdoor jacuzzi and a private set of stairs to the ocean where you can enjoy the magnificent soft white sands of Flamingo Beach!

On the 2nd level is the main living area, including the Grand Salon with luxury furnishings, which opens onto a balcony with spectacular ocean views. The massive ocean view dining room is accessible both from the Grand Salon and the kitchen and pantry. It also has a balcony with a gas grill and seats up to 18 people comfortably. There is a half bath on this level for guests.

The kitchen is state-of-the-art with all stainless steel appliances, including a matched set of double door refrigerators, 2 wall ovens, a built-in microwave, an electric stove top and a dishwasher, surrounded by granite counter tops.

Above the Grand Salon is the very private Master Suite, with private bath that features a separate soaking tub and glass wall shower. Another ocean view balcony graces this suite where you can enjoy quiet mornings and spectacular sunsets.
