Michael has consistently been recognized as one of the industry’s leaders in sales which  has made his transition into a team lead a natural one. 

He has been involved in some of the most distinguished sales in the neighbourhoods that he serves and remains excited to represent all price points. 

Michael contributes a lot of his success to great mentorship from his mother Loretta and late Father Ron.  Michael feels truly blessed to have such wonderful clients that have trusted him with their largest single investment.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and is actively involved in various sports.  Michael devotes his time to charity as the Committee head of Tournament of Hope and a board member for the Oakville Hospital Annual Golf Tournament.  

Michael Phinney grew up in Lorne Park and now resides in Oakville with his wife Anna, Daughter Harper and dog Harvey. 

Kimberly Phinney Co-manages Phinney Real Estate as President & Chief Operations Officer.

Kimberly Phinney has consistently been a top Sales producer in a career that spans over two decades through all market conditions. Her personal sales achievement has placed her in the top 1% in sales for all companies on the Toronto Real Estate Board, as well as being a strong contributor in the overall running of the Phinney Real Estate Team business.

Kimberly has strong written communication skills that have come through years of extensive experience in Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits and as a Senior Analyst.  She analyzes sales trends, visual presentation and continues to push forward always in a very competitive sales industry.  

Kimberly is always looking for personal and team growth.  She has been featured as a weekly contributor in Real Estate on CHIN FM for two years.

Kimberly has so many repeat clients, referrals and fabulous testimonials about the service she provides. She is personally invested in her client’s needs and extremely focused on them!

She takes a very personal and active role in managing Phinney Real Estate with her brother Michael and always looking to improve and remain in the forefront of a competitive and ever-evolving Industry. 

Kimberly has enjoyed owning real estate in many different neighbourhoods in Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville and Burlington where she also enjoys selling to her clients.  She has owned waterfront properties, century and pre-construction/new homes, 2 story, 1+1/2 story, bungalow and condominium properties, investment and vacation property.  Her wealth of knowledge in a practical sense often helps in her transactions with clients.  She loves to renovate and often comes up with great ideas to assist her clients. 

She is active in support to the Community having sat on the board of Mississauga Heritage, is a Top-10 percent donor to Royal LePage’s Shelter Foundation and local women’s shelters.  She has always been a Community supporter in the area of Arts & Culture.
