Nora Davis has been an Ojai real estate agent for more than 35 years and has lived in the Ojai Valley her entire life. Growing up in a family where her mother was also a real estate agent and owning rental properties was the family business, it was only natural that Nora would choose to continue this family tradition of helping people find their dream homes and investing in rental properties throughout the Ojai Valley and Ventura County.

This is where she met her husband, Randy Davis, whom she was married to for almost 50 years and had known since she was five years old, and where she raised her two children. Her son, Cody, now has children of his own, assists her with her rental properties, and took over the family-owned business, R. Davis Construction, after Randy passed. Her daughter, AimeeJo, is now a writer, owns a second home management company, and also continues to work with the family business doing the marketing for The Davis Group.  

Real estate and construction run deep in the family, but other factors have also influenced Nora’s career. One recurring theme has always been horses, which Nora has always loved and owned. Additionally, with a daughter who showed horses for over a decade, a son who was more inclined to team roping, and a brother who is an internationally known horse trainer and holds multiple national and world titles, it is no surprise that Nora specializes in Ojai horse property, ranches, farms and land. Of course, she assists her clients in selling and buying all types of properties, but helping her clients find the perfect horse property or ranch in the Ojai Valley, Ventura County and Santa Barbara areas is the focus for which she is generally best known.

Nora began her career as an Ojai Realtor with Coldwell Banker Property Shoppe and has remained with the office after it was purchased by LIV | Sotheby's International Realty in 2019. After being a Realtor for more than three decades, Nora has developed a well-established network and a wide array of resources that assist her in providing impeccable service to her clients. Her attention to detail, dedication to meeting her clients' needs before and after their transaction, and ability to serve both seasoned investors and first-time buyers looking for Ojai homes for sale are just a few of the reasons she is able to establish long-term relationships with many of her clients and continue to assist them in buying and selling homes throughout the years.

Nora has also been recognized with a Certificate of Appreciation for Outstanding Service to the People of the 23rd Congressional District and has received the Coldwell Banker Property Shoppe Exceptional Service Award for Outstanding Leadership three times. Additional community service includes supporting local organizations, being the lead organizer for the annual Homes for Pets Project, and annual participation in the Marine Corps Reserves Toys for Tots program, and Help of Ojai Food Drive.

As part of her support for community organizations, Nora donates $100 to a charity of her client's choice when they close escrow.
