Mary has lived and worked in the San Ramon Valley since 1978. During that time she and her husband have raised two children who have attended both public and private schools. Mary is ultimately familiar with all community amenities including both public and private schools, medical services, youth and adult sports programs, public and private recreational and athletic facilities, public transportation and area entertainment.
Mary is a graduate of Stephens College and holds a B. A. from San Jose State University. Her previous business experience includes direct sales and sales management in Retail and the operation of her own Personal Service Consulting firm.
Mary is one of the founding partners of Empire Realty Associates and is a past a member of The Board of Directors for Empire Realty since it's beginning in September 2002.Mary established the Luxury Homes and Estates Division at Empire Realty and is presently the Director. Over the years, she has represented buyers and sellers from ADP Corporation, Merrill Lynch, Ernst and Young, Genentech and Chevron. She was previously affiliated with Pacific Union in Danville for eight years, where she was a past Director of the Estates Division. Prior to that, Mary was an agent at Coldwell Banker for five years. Mary is continually ranked at the top for sales and client service.
During the past twenty five years, Mary and her husband John Robbins who has worked in Commercial Real Estate since 1974, have been involved in a variety of real estate activities including custom home development, small investment properties, syndication and residential home sales.
In addition, Mary is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Assoc. of Realtors and Contra Costa and Southern Alameda Assoc. of Realtors. Mary's community activities have included: President of Oakland's Children's Hospital Auxiliary (Rowan Branch), President of several school Parent's Associations and Chairperson of the 7,500 participant annual Devil Mountain Run in Danville. Mary is a past advisory board member for Wardrobe for Opportunity. Today, Mary is associated with STAND, an organization which gives aid to battered women in Contra Costa County.
