Joe Fitzpatrick has been a Realtor since 1996, and has expertise in all aspects of residential and commercial sales.  After years of years of working on his own, Joe realized he needed to expand his team to handle the needs of his growing clientele. This seasoned professional and his team will be able to assist your with all of your real estate needs, while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Justine Kurland has been working with Joe since 2009, and serves as the Team Administrator, working with all of the team’s clients to make ensure a timely transaction. Alyssa Mazzacco has been on the Fitzpatrick Team since 2012, bringing with her a strong sales background and ultimate dedication to her clients. Devin Sheehan joined the team in 2015 and is eager to learn the business, including residential and commercial sales. Caroline Cooper joined the team in 2016 after transferring from another Re/Max office. Her prior experience with clients and enthusiasm for real estate has made her a vital part of the team. Lauren Mailloux became a team member in 2017after starting her career at a boutique firm. She has a strong knowledge of the local community and great customer service expertise.  Solange Richards joined the team in 2017 and also holds a design and project management position at JPS Construction, bringing her design eye and renovation background to the team and all of her clients.
