I have sold homes, sight unseen except for the pictures that I go out and get and, e-mail the client.  I can e-mail or fax all documents, help with home inspections,  what ever you need me to do.  I will spend hours negotiating on your behalf,  if you need me to.  (Negotiating is my favorite part actually!) 

Another thing I seem to excel at, is making sure that the closing process goes smoothly.  I have had 2 cases where if I didn't personally do some of the research and leg work for the title companies, the whole thing would have fallen apart.  One of my clients called me "Erin Brockovich".
