Chris Thompson began his real estate career in 2009 with his father, who is the owner of Towne Creek Realty. He began buying foreclosed and distressed properties in East Nashville and Donelson. His natural ability to see what a property “could be” brought success as these properties were finished and then sold within 30 days. Chris then began concentrating his efforts as a realtor and in a short time attracted buyers, sellers, and real estate investors. He has helped clients with selling properties ranging from 4 million dollars to helping first-time home buyers.
