BIOGRAPHY

CHARLES GLATTER is a multi-lingual world traveler with an expansive network throughout the national, international and relocation markets. He is a veteran real estate professional with an impressive background in pre-construction and townhouse sales.

He successfully procured the sale of a stunning Penthouse at Trump World Tower for $8,350,000 and meticulously coordinated the complex Townhouse purchase ofboth 250-252 East 49th Street (formerly The Box Tree) and 254 East 49th Street which are currently being developed into a hi-rise building.

His keen knowledge of new developments encourages him to look at each project through a "developer's" eyes with particular emphasis on detail and bottom line. This skill enables him to achieve a maximum return on investment for his clients.

As well as being featured in many of New York's major real estate publications, he has won Halstead's most prominent awards and memberships.

EVA PENSON, a native of Krakow, Poland, joined Halstead Property in November 2007.

A resident of the East Side for many years, Eva became a broker and is providing personalized service. Her high energy and meticulous attention to detail make her a special broker.

Eva has a master's degree in International Business and Trade from Florida International University. She is a tenacious worker who is dedicated to her career and her clients. Professionalism and a good sense of humor put her clients as ease and eventually they build a lasting relationship.

Before joining Halstead, Eva worked for a small commercial real estate company where she was responsible for sales, dealing with principals and coordinating management. Through all these experiences, she gained a tremendous amount of knowledge about all aspects of commercial and residential real estate as well as experience with dealing with different personalities. Fluent in several languages, and familiar with different cultures and customs, she is especially welcomed by European and Asian buyers as well as domestic residents. Her hobbies include golf, skiing, tennis and African art.
