Real Estate is deeply rooted in the Van Horn family, as two generations have been blessed with the opportunity to work together harmoniously and to share their talents with others enabling their dreams to come alive. Broker Owner Chad Van Horn along with his wife and co-owner Jenny, founded their boutique brokerage in 2005. They have since firmly established themselves as one of the area's leading real estate specialists. Representing exquisite lifestyle properties in West Michigan and Lake Michigan communities, Chad and Jenny have formed a dynamic real estate brokerage. Assisted by their daughters Josi and Jade and Son Tristan, they focus on the unique opportunities offered to Luxury and Waterfront property owners. Together the Van Horn's bring with them decades of real estate experience. In addition to Brokerage, Real Estate Development is a passion of Chad's.
