Twice named Realtor of the Year by the Ashland Board of Realtors, she has established herself as a highly qualified and professional agent for both buyers and sellers, dedicated to excellence in client service. With over 24 years’ experience in the local real estate market, Carlene serves the Ashland, Medford and Jacksonville markets, specializing in residential sales and bed & breakfast properties.

Known for her integrity, Carlene was again honored as the 2004 recipient of the Realtor Image Award by her local Realtor association. She has established many strong client relationships that have continued long after the transaction was complete. A firm believer in continuing education, she attained the GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute) designation very early in her career and was the first Ashland Realtor to attain the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation in 1990. She holds the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation as well and is very active in the local and state Realtor organizations.

Carlene’s leisure activities include home décor and gardening, downhill skiing and gourmet cooking. She is shown here with her not-quite-yet-world-famous shortbread which she delivers to her clients during the holidays.

Carlene is a member of the Rogue Valley Association of Realtors, the Southern Oregon Multiple Listing Service, the Oregon Chapter Certified Residential Specialists, the Oregon and National Associations of Realtors, the Realtors National Marketing Institute and the Real Estate Buyers’ Agency Council.
