Jay Vincent moved to the North Carolina High Country with his budding family and strong ambitions in the mid-1970's. His love for the Appalachian Mountains lead him to pursue a career in real estate and development. After operating several res estates offices throughout the decades, Jay consolidated his efforts to create Vincent Properties, opening its doors in Historic Downtown Blowing Rock in 1996.
