Rene Burchell is in the Top 1% of Realtors® in her industry as awarded by America’s Top 100 Real Estate Agent. Aligned with Coldwell Banker, Frisco Texas, Rene has been successfully assisting buyers and sellers since 2002 with real estate needs where she and her team specialize in delivering outstanding results.

Rene holds the CDPE, CLHMS, CNE, CNHS, CRS, e-PRO, GPS, GRI, RLI, SRS and SRES designations. Rene recently was awarded America’s Top 100 of Real Estate Agents, which is awarded to the Top 1% of Realtors.  Rene and her team specialize in assisting all Luxury Property, Relocation, Purchases, Sales, Leases, Short Sales and REO’s within Collin, Dallas, Denton and Tarrant Counties.  

An active full–time participant in North Texas real estate, Rene held membership with the Women’s Council of Realtors where she served as the 2011 President and was recognized in 2009 for Realtor of the Year with the Collin County Chapter. She additionally served 5 years previously within board. She is a current member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the Collin County Association of Realtors, the latter which she spent 2 years as a Director for the Collin Count Association Board.  

Prior to real estate, Rene worked with in corporate America for 10 years after obtaining her real estate license in 1992. During that time, she worked as a financial executive assistant for Merrill Lynch, Whirlpool, and Cain Watters & Associates PC.  
A native Texan, Rene grew up in the Fort Worth suburb of Keller, Texas. She currently resides in Frisco with her husband and her three West Highland Terriers, Blue, Max and Lucy. 

Her team specializes in working with Luxury Real Estate, Relocation, New Construction and First Time Home Buyers & Sellers in the Dallas, N. Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Celina, Prosper, Flower Mound, Lantana, Keller, Southlake & other surrounding cities.
