BIOGRAPHY

Chuck Simmons grew up in the real estate business. Being exposed to real estate throughout childhood, his parents made very successful careers for themselves in real estate and eventually founded their own company.

Upon graduation from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 1998 with a BS in Marketing, he went on to obtain his real estate license and went to work in the real estate business as well.

Having held a real estate license since 1998, Chuck has been in the Northwest Arkansas market long enough to see the dramatic changes over the past several years, as well as the continued growth potential for the future of Northwest Arkansas. Chuck has a nationwide network of realtors he works with, having established referral patterns and acquiring clients from all of the country who are who are moving to Northwest Arkansas for a career change and retirement. Qualifying for Gold and Platinum Level Award of Excellence by the Arkansas Realtor Association multiple times, Chuck has 11 years of real estate experience that has brought him the success that he is experiencing today. In 2009 Chuck and Sara partnered to combine their experience. In doing so, Chuck and Sara ranked as the #1 Team in the state of Arkansas for Coldwell Banker.  Chuck possesses a very professional work ethic, drive, and determination, and these qualities not only encompass him as a professional but also in his personal life. Born and raised in Arkansas, Chuck is the oldest of 5 boys. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with family, friends, working out, and enjoying the outdoors – and all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer its residents.
