Caron was born and raised in Sydney, Australia, which becomes very obvious when you hear her rich, Australian accent. She attended Sydney Technical College before she found herself in Hawaii in 1986. She worked very hard at various sales jobs before earning her Real Estate license in 1989. She eventually joined a national franchise company where she spent the next five years as their top producer. Caron gained a plethora of experience and took full advantage of every learning opportunity. In 2002, Caron B Realty opened it's doors for business. Today Caron is one of Hawaii's most successful entrepreneurs, noted for her astute business sense and forward thinking. There is no doubt that Caron loves what she does for a living, but when she is not working, she loves surfing, paddling, and snow skiing all over the world with her adorable son. Caron is living proof that if you dare to dream and are willing to work, dreams really do come true.
