Over 15 years working with Appraisal West researching and completing professional appraisals, specializing in highest and best use property analysis. Experience most recently includes home site severances with the Agriculture Land Reserve and land purchase from the City of Kelowna as well as stratification of land.  Latest land development included Working with Comfort Crafted Homes and Eco Dwell with a new development of lots which includes house design, rezoning, building schemes and permit applications for change of land uses.

After selling over 20 houses both personal and speculation building through a contracting company Robin fully understands both sides of the experience.  Robin decided to become a realtor after seeing there may be a niche in the industry for her experience and expertise. She strives each day to give the best service that she can for all of her clients.
