The Azarian Team provides a professional, client centric experience for Buyers and Sellers on Cape Cod. The team:
Doug Azarian holds an MBA in Finance and has been a full time Realtor since 1987. He has obtained the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation and the Technology (ePro) Certification. Doug has also served as President of both the Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Doug serves on the National Association of Realtors Finance Committee and has received the Distinguished Service Awards for both the Cape Cod and Islands and Massachusetts Realtor Associations. Doug has the knowledge and expertise to guide buyers or sellers in their real estate transactions. His strong financial background help when determining value for pricing or purchasing in changing real estate markets. Marketing with quality photographs, sophisticated use of the internet and social media, along with his strong technology skills provide more efficient and convenient service to buyers and sellers. Customized service, knowledge of Cape Cod real estate, and a complete understanding of the process and changing market conditions is what sets Doug apart.

Aleta Azarian has been a Realtor since 1976. Aleta owned and operated her own real estate company and large rental division for 25 years. Her company was purchased by Kinlin Grover Real Estate in 2001. Aleta then assumed the position of Branch Manager of both the Harwichport and Chatham offices. Aleta has served as the 2015 Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors President. She has obtained the Certified Residential Brokerage Designation along with being named the National Association of Realtors “Resort and Second Home Specialist” in 2013. Aleta is a home sale preparation expert with years of sales, marketing and management experience. She will collaborate within the team to affect a smooth purchase or sales experience for clients.
