At Ganz Exclusive we aim to make the real estate buying and selling process a unique experience every step of the way. From our initial pre-buy/pre-sell assessment meetings on through to settlement we provide the highest levels of service found in the industry.
Our goal is not to talk about how many transactions we complete each month. We believe that each client that we work with is unique. In order to provide the ultimate real estate experience for each of our clients we feel that it is necessary to be easily accessible to them to answer any questions that they may have.

Ganz Exclusive began as a simple concept. What if the same level of client service that existed in many multi-million dollar business to business transactions could be applied to transactions in the real estate industry? What would happen if this level of service was offered to people buying and selling, in many cases, their single most valuable personal asset?
The question we asked ourselves was why isn't this same level of service being offered? Why are real estate transactions being conducted every day as if they were just normal daily events?

Ganz Exclusive was founded by William (Bill) Ganz. Bill began his career in the management consulting industry, offering advice to clients such as Meridian Medical Technologies, Chemetall Oakite, Amtico International, Quintiles Transnational, and Answerthink. Bill's experiences working with Fortune 1000 clients across a broad range of industries identifying and resolving complex issues critical to their strategic and operating success provided him with the background needed to bring a higher level of service to the real estate industry.
William (Bill) Ganz completed his graduate studies at Loyola College in Maryland where he obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA). Bill's undergraduate studies were completed at Shenandoah University, located in Winchester, Virginia where he obtained his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (BBA).
Ganz Exclusive also understands the importance of giving something back to the communities in which we live and work. Our community outreach efforts include working on projects with various community agencies such as Our House, The Columbia Association, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and The United Way.
