Oahu Luxury Real Estate Update for September 2024

September marked a slowdown in Oahu luxury real estate, but this is not uncommon for Oahu luxury real estate.

In four out the past five years, there were fewer sales in September compared to August. After August’s 2-year high in luxury home sales volume, September sales dropped to 27, the second lowest number of the year after January’s 21 sales. As with luxury homes, luxury condos also experienced a decrease in sales from August. However, luxury condo median price rose over 12% and price per square foot increased over 16%.
