Luxury home sales volume decreased 20% in July from June. Median price and price per square foot also decreased month-to-month. Compared to the past few months, the highest sale is notably lower at $6, 350,000 FS. Looking at sales history over the past five years, it is not unusual to see a dip in sales in July.
