Tice Ranch in Washington State
Tice Ranch is one of Washington State’s premier privately owned properties and located 5 miles southeast of Twisp. Throughout the 80’s and 90’s Tice Ranch opened its doors to showcase the talents of many world renowned musician and rodeo cowboys such as Willie Nelson, Reba McEntire, Hoyt Axton, Roger Whittaker, and Molly Bee, to name a few. The property has hosted several large events and concerts for up to 9000 people. Aside from Musicians and Cowboys, Tice Ranch has seen several other well-known guests in its years including many foreign Prime Ministers, past Presidents, Movie Stars, and Professional Athletes and Coaches.
The main lodge at the Tice Ranch is the epitome of comfort and luxury with a western flavor. It has a luxurious master suite, eleven bedrooms, fourteen bathrooms, nine fireplaces, a wine cellar, a sauna, a pool and a spa. Relax in either an Old West Saloon with rustic western architecture or an 18th Century English Pub; two of the three pubs included in Tice Ranch.
The 325 acres of ranch and hay producing farm land also includes; a horse barn, a loafing shed, a work shop, fenced pastures, fruit orchards, a fishing pond and half a mile of river frontage for fishing and wildlife. There is also a nearby airport built primarily for the guests of Tice Ranch.
For those who like adventure and the outdoors, Twisp is known for its world famous hiking and horseback riding trails, skiing, hunting, fishing and river rafting.
