Gavin began selling real estate in his hometown of London, England at just 17 years old. Looking for more opportunity he eventually made the move to Las Vegas, working nights as a casino dealer at Caesar’s Palace whilst selling real estate by day. Through his hard work and dedication to his clients, Gavin was able to quickly and seamlessly move into the luxury real estate space and has since earned a reputation as the top luxury agent in Las Vegas.
In 2009, Gavin started the Simply Vegas brokerage. Beginning with just a handful of agents, Simply Vegas now boasts more than 600 agents and has become synonymous with luxury real estate. In 2022, Simply Vegas had more home sales of $1 million plus in Las Vegas Valley than any other brokerage.
Outside of real estate, Gavin has a passion for sports car racing and has been competing professionally with Audi in the IMSA racing series for the last 5 years. Gavin and his wife, Kelli, have two beagles and a baby on the way.
