Fabulous home completely renovated. Built in 1970, this house
sits on a limestone hill and all beams for the slab were dug to
bedrock. All of the plumbing (including that in the slab) and
electrical from city service to outlets was replaced in the renovation.
All of the visible wood in the house was hand milled onsite by a pair
furniture builders and consists of antique long-leaf pine, mesquite,
and collosal timber posts and beams from a cotton gin in Louisiana and
ceiling beams from a 1914 bridge that once spanned the Lampassas River.
Living in this home is like living in a piece of custom furniture!
