This is Paradise!' A most frequent comment found on the Tripadvisor web site for this 10 room hotel-boutique, Casa Pan de Miel. Built and operated by an experienced european owner-manager, this unique spot is perched above the pacific on the west coast of Mexico, between Mazunte and San Augustillo. It has been delighting guests since 2006.
A pleasant 45 minute drive from Huatulco International Airport, it is located near Mazunte, in the state of Oaxaca, between Mazunte and San Augustillo. This area is known for a somewhat bohemian life style where you find the Turtle Conservation Museum, a natural cosmetics factory, many Yoga centers, an organic market and a multitude of small fair-trade shops. The hotel is equipped with a chemical free pool and a grey water filtration system for the flower garden. The local cosmetics are available in the rooms for guests while, for breakfast, the staff serves homemade breads, marmelades and yogourts.
The beautiful sandy beach offers the usual surf classes and other sports, bird watching cruises and wonderful beach-side restaurants.

10 rooms that are comfortable and well decorated with tv/satellite, A/C and private terraces with hanging hamacs. The rooms are located in 4 seperate buildings. One of these allows the possibility of greeting groups for 2 or 4 rooms with the use of kitchenette and private living rooms.
There are two commmon areas with palapas alongside a pool that offers a spectacular view on the open sea. Beautiful gardens, a large very functionnal kitchen and modern laundry room copmplete the ensemble.
For those arriving by car, the hotel has 5 parking spaces.
The staff is comprised of 10 men and women who care for the rooms, the maintenance of the grounds, gardens and pool, the preparation of morning meals and snacks, security, management and greeting of the guests.
