17 km from Spoleto is a place where the atmosphere is like that of a time long ago. Travelling along the ancient roads that plough through the countryside you eventually reach a fortified village from the eleventh century. It is a little jewel immersed in the surrounding green landscapes. There are narrow streets, two squares, a church, grand noble houses, and smaller more humble houses, both built in the same style of architecture and with the same unique materials typical of that period: stone and wood.
Acquasparta (14 km), Terni (20 km), Todi (37 km) are just some of the surrounding towns. They are only 12 km from the E45 motorway that takes you directly to Perugia (74 km), Orte (46 km) and Rome (108 km).

TelephoneUsage and potential
Isolated in the green countryside but not alone....far from traffic but only a few kilometres from important towns.... in the countryside but also in an historic centre, Casa del Duca truly is a unique property with one side on the village square and the other in the vast wooded landscape.
The large surface area, the multiple entrances, the stairs linking the floors and the grand staircase that links the two wings all give great flexibility and potential to this property. The two wings could be divided into separate apartments or likewise for the top floor.
La Casa del Duca is a refuge for those who want space, tranquillity, and for those that are interested in living within the walls of thousands of years of history.
