Calamandrana Farm stands in the middle of one of the best Italian wine production place, between Torino and Asti .

The total surface is 15,43 hectares (38,13 acres) of land all joining around the farmstead.
Land is cultivated with vineyards: 7,4 hectares produces Moscato D.O.C. wine and the rest produces Barbera D.O.C. wine.
The buildings were constructed after 1970 and they are now in a very good condition. They are divided into 3 parts: living house, warehouse, cellar.
The living house is 440 m², the warehouse is 300 m² and the cellar is 270 m² with all the modern equipments for wine production.
There is a 2 floor barn with a total surface of 3900 m² near the warehouse.
In front of the house there is a swimming pool with a relaxing area for enjoy the spring and summer sun. The entrance is adorn by a porch.
A wide terrace allows the people to enjoy an amazing view: the Monferrato hills that surrounded the farm.
The farm produce about 740 tons of grapes per year: part of it is used for self wine production and the rest is sold to the farmers’ cooperatives.
