BIOGRAPHY

GMAC Real Estate Premier Network started with a staff of three people in March of 1988, in a small, temporary office in Exeter Township. The company's history is steeped in the traditional values of customer service.

In May of 1989, the company moved into its first location in the Crestwood East Office Park at 10 Hearthstone Court, Exeter. Expanding, it then branched out to its second location at 965 Berkshire Boulevard, Wyomissing, in late December of 1993. The company became a franchise of GMAC Real Estate in March of 2001. In March of 2004, GMAC Real Estate Premier Network opened its third location in the Providence Corporate Center at 100 Springhouse Drive, Suite 100, Collegeville.

In September of 2006, the company centralized their Exeter & Wyomissing operations to one facility located at One Meridian Boulevard in Spring Ridge Wyomissing. In October of 2006, Berkshire Network GMAC Real Estate transitioned into a new company name - GMAC Real Estate Premier Network.

GMAC Real Estate Premier Network is one of the top full-service real estate offices in the area. From its inception, the company's mission was to provide a professional sales and office team dedicated to state-of-the-art real estate services. Never losing sight of its goals, GMAC Real Estate Premier Network continues to meet its mission, and at the same time is challenged by it.

Company Philosophy

When forming the company, the intention of founder Edward S. Jenkins was to develop a state-of-the-art real estate office. This philosophy extended not only to technology but to “state-of-the-art” people as well. Staff excellence has always been the standard for GMAC Real Estate Premier Network. Sales associates and office staff alike come from strong business backgrounds including sales, management, marketing, financial and computer fields. Real estate continuing education is encouraged and supported. The 70 Realtors affiliated with the company are supported by a staff of over 20 employees.
