Bob Graham, Associate Broker, a 40-year resident of Jackson Hole, founded in 1972 one of Jackson Hole’s most respected and successful real estate brokerages. He received the first and, to date, the only Lifetime Achievement Award from the Teton County Board of Realtors, of which he is a past President. Bob's a Trustee of the Grand Teton Music Festival and Co-Challenger of Old Bill's Fun Run.
Karen Terra, Associate Broker, a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, Karen moved to Rome, Italy, where she owned an English language book shop. After living in Rome & Kitzbuehel, Austria for 20 years, she moved to Jackson in 1983. She currently serves on the board of the Community Foundation.
Matt Faupel, Associate Broker, has an engineering degree from the University of Michigan & experiences in sales & marketing in the commercial real estate sector. Matt is a member of Urban Land Institute, the START Board & a past Rotary President.
Julie Faupel, Associate Broker, Enticed by career and lifestyle opportunities, Julie and her husband relocated to Jackson from a suburb of Detroit, Michigan. Julie has a business degree from Michigan State University and, prior to transitioning into real estate sales; Julie was the Chief Operating Officer for Wyoming’s exclusive Christie’s brokerage. Julie’s background includes 12 years in management and consulting for luxury hotels and small businesses. Julie serves on the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as the real estate representative, she is a member of the Christie's Great Estates Marketing Board as well as the Thursday Women's Roundtable.
Bob and Karen were the selling brokers for one of the most expensive single-family properties in Jackson Hole and successfully completed the sale of the 710 acre Four Lazy F Ranch, which was listed for $75 million. They exclusively listed the Crescent H Ranch. They were the exclusive listing brokers for The Residence condominiums at the Snake River Lodge and Spa, a 4 Diamond Rock Resort managed by Vail Resorts. In addition, The Love Ridge Condominiums at the Snow King Resort were under the exclusive representation of this team and sold out the 40 units in the first phase. A handful of the Team’s additional benchmarks include; $40 million 240-acre River Rock Ranch, $37 million Teton Valley Ranch.
