Lynne Chunn: Sales Associate, began her real estate career in 1979 and obtained her Broker's license in 1981. Following a 15 year break to raise a family and home school three children, Lynne has  returned to Vashon Island Realty. Active in church and community youth programs, her resume includes many management positions and supervisory roles. Lynne is skilled at networking the needs of new families to the island.

Bill Chunn: Owner and broker, has been in real estate sales since 1975. He is now the senior broker on Vashon Island. A resident of Vashon Island since 1979, he believes in offering personal care and attention to detail in all of his dealings. Although a majority of our business is the marketing and selling of homes, Bill’s particular love is finding and marketing raw land, something for which his years of experience at dealing with state and county requirements is invaluable. He is a graduate of the very first Land/Water Stewardship training offered in King County, through the Washington State University Extension Service. His experience can guide you through the maze and confusion whether you are buying or selling.
