I have been in real estate for over 20 years and am available 7 days a week, with a little advance notice.  I work for either the buyer or the seller, one party per transaction.  My expertise is negotiating in my buyers or sellers best interest; it is my responsibility is to get my client the highest price and best possible terms possible. I believe in extended education and have certifications and/or designations in the following, ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), CSR (Certified Seller’s Representative), GRI (Graduate REALTORS Institute), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), E-PRO (Internet Technology Certified), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist).

I moved to St. Michaels 30 years ago and enjoy the peach and quite of the area, having come from a metro area.  My hobbies are boating, golfing and enjoying the company of friends, family, current and past clients and customers.
