BIOGRAPHY

In these changing economic times, marketing and selling Finer Homes requires a seasoned professional with Internet savvy to assist clients in their real estate decisions.  I have been marketing Finer Homes in northern Indiana markets for 17 years, selling over $50 million in real estate to clients who I now call friends; and, who continue to refer new clients to me.  Certified as both a Finer Homes expert(CRS) and a Commercial & Industrial Investment property expert(CCIM), I combine the skills of listening to my clients, providing factual presentations of properties on the Internet through websites such as Realtor.Com, Zillow.Com, & Century 21 Worldwide websites.  My marketing techniques maximize the presentation and exposure of properties I represent.

What began as a passive second career has developed into a full time devotion to being the best I can be in providing professional service to my clients.  My career began as an accountant after earning my MBA degree.  Analyzing financial factors and their impact on client decisions are a critical part of the service I provide.  Seeking more hands on experience and leadership, I purchased a product distribution business along the way and grew it from annual sales of $650K to over $15 million in 17 years.  Involved in almost every aspect of my community from local government to volunteer work with many non-profit entities, I have met hundreds of people with whom I developed a personal relationship.  Upon the sale of my distribution business, I sought a new avenue to utilize my experiences and knowledge, in the real estate industry.  Knowing hundreds of people, combined with an earned reputation and personal trust, are real assets in the marketing of Finer Homes.

I realize that people do business with people they trust.  I pride myself on being honest, knowledgeable, and skilled in techniques that adapt to the rapid changes in the industry and the market.  Clients who purchase and sell the Finer Homes of their dreams are those who have worked hard to make such investments.  I feel the responsibility to make those dreams a reality and pursue the solution that is right for my clients.  I reduce the stress and anxiety often associated with real estate transactions, allowing my clients to concentrate on the “other aspects” of life while I market their home.
