Avatar Real Estate Services founding partner Toni Schrager, one of the most respected REALTORS® in high-end South Florida real estate, has built a noteworthy reputation for the quality of service she has provided over the course of her 23-year career.

A Miami native, Schrager graduated from South Miami Senior High School in 1976 and earned a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan. After graduation she moved to the British West Indies where she sold real estate along Cayman Island's famed 7 mile beach.

She returned to Miami in 1983 and began her real estate career in earnest. She first worked with Stadler REALTORS®, which, at the time, was considered one of the regions premiere real estate firms, and then served as Director of Residential Sales for the Miami based Green Companies. Schrager developed her commercial sales skills at Southeast Investment Realty, where she worked for three years prior to joining Randy Hill at Southern Hill Real Estate.

Over the next eleven years, Schrager created a successful niche in the luxury market. When the firm was purchased by Esslinger Wooten Maxwell, Inc., REALTORS® in 2002, she joined luxury real estate firm Wimbish Riteway REALTORS®, where she worked until it was acquired by Coldwell Banker.

Over the span of her impressive real estate career, Schrager has won dozens of sales awards, overseen hundreds of millions of dollars in residential and commercial sales, and represented the most prestigious clientele in South Florida.

On January 1, 2003 she and partner Vivian Dimond opened Avatar Real Estate Services, a boutique luxury firm distinguished by it's team of top Miami REALTORS®.
