Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and Georgia

Anne Barnett has been in the real estate market for over 22 years, appraising, brokering and developing property. Originally from New York State, Anne earned her degree from Kent State University in Ohio. With degree in hand, she moved to Key West, where she developed and sold property. After moving to Gainesville, Florida in 1989 she obtained her commercial appraiser's license and has been appraising land for the State of Florida, timberland owners, and private individuals. As a broker, Anne has worked with many buyers and sellers, assisting with development of their property, appraising for estate and financing purposes and marketing their property.
