Robin Farrell

It's All about the Professional Experience:

Over 15 years working with Appraisal West researching and completing professional appraisals, specializing in highest and best use property analysis. Experience most recently includes home site severances with the Agriculture Land Reserve and land purchase from the City of Kelowna as well as stratification of land.  Latest land development included Working with Comfort Crafted Homes and Eco Dwell with a new development of lots which includes house design, rezoning, building schemes and permit applications for change of land uses.

After selling over 20 houses both personal and speculation building through a contracting company Robin fully understands both sides of the experience.  Robin decided to become a realtor after seeing there may be a niche in the industry for her experience and expertise. She strives each day to give the best service that she can for all of her clients.

Patti Larsen

Patti understands what makes the Okanagan so special as she has spent over 20 years in Kelowna. She has also spent considerable time living in Vancouver and the lower mainland, providing her with the contacts to make moving between regions easy. Patti has many contacts in marketing world that makes who you know so important!

The One area we excel in is personal service. One of our team members personally show up to open up our listed houses to ensure that the house is showing its best and that any questions about the property are answered promptly.

We provide an 'argument free' dimensions sketch for your property.  Often if you get three people measuring a house you will get three different measurements. Upon listing we can use the latest technology to provide accurate measurements for potential buyers that can be used to place furniture and avoid discrepancies.

Also upon listing we will provide a professional appraisal that can be used for your own purposes or can be provided to potential clients for marketing purposes.

We provide open houses for our Okanagan Realtors and our large in house Royal LePage Realtors as well as public open houses for our listings (based on the home owner’s preferences).

We use the most current forms of photography and technology to give the property a stunning online presence.

We have been known to do the dirty work (cleaning, boxing up and painting plus filling holes after a move for a client). And we are not afraid to work hard for our listing as we can dedicate more time to each one.
