Debra Duvall, a resident of Florida’s Treasure Coast since 1966, has become a strong leader in the marketing and sales of luxury and waterfront residential properties throughout the Martin County area. Entering the real estate field in 1981, Debra combines her hands-on, historical knowledge of the region with a determination to offer unparalleled service, marketing and sales to her broad base of loyal clientele. In July 2008, Debra joined Dave Derrenbacker and Water Pointe Realty Group as broker owner of the new Sewall’s Point office location. This new partnership will allow Debra to assist in the growth of the company while remaining focused on giving her clients the high level of service they have come to expect.
As a local and national top seller, Debra has earned numerous awards and designations in her field of expertise, marking her many achievements for excellence and service. Each of these designations reflects a milestone within her career and a dedication to continued production and education. Locally, Debra is an active member of the Realtor Association of Martin County and has presided over a number of its committees including Education, Strategic Planning and Finance. In recognition of her outstanding service to the real estate profession, Debra was honored by her peers at the association with the Realtor of the Year Award in 1998 and 2003 as well as being elected to serve as their President in 2001.
Debra also enjoys a rewarding lifestyle through involvement with the people of the Treasure Coast. She has volunteered countless hours to many professional and business organizations throughout Martin County. Because of this unparalleled dedication, she was recognized in 2008 with the Soroptomist Women of Distinction Award in the volunteer category. She is currently serving on the Economic Council of Martin County as well as serving as secretary on the board of directors at the Elliott Museum.
