Called Villa Au Soleil, the 28,191 square-foot mansion is now for sale for $11.24 million with Sotheby’s International Realty. Martin acquired the property in 2008.

The gourmet kitchen attaches to a formal dining room and the spacious living room which includes a media area. The four bedrooms features ensuite bathrooms and outdoor showers, and a private hot tub can be found on the master bedroom terrace.

According to Curbed reports indicate “Martin hasn’t had much trouble renting out the place in the off-season, which he started doing in fall 2008, asking $28K a week” (Curbed).
