Located within a neighborhood in Tokyo this one-bedroom apartment is valued at $21.8 million USD. The neighborhood, Minami-Azabu, is known to be one of the most prestigious districts in Tokyo. This particular apartment sits on the 10th floor of a building and spans 4,434 square feet. It comes completely furnished with custom designed furniture by Cecotti Collezioni. There is even a walk-in wardrobe with a shoe storage unit able to hold up to 200 pairs of shoes. The apartment also features a custom designed kitchen and  the walls, flooring, and doors throughout are “made from the highest quality italian stone and wood” (The Ultra Linx). The Japanese artist, Hiroshi Senju painted a number of original paintings on site, and they are displayed throughout the unit. Overall, there is a real attention to design and atmosphere within the apartment. One of its most charming features is the central courtyard where “corridor surrounding it is designed as a lounge space for guests to enjoy the charming seasonal garden” (Toronto Standard).
