Razor Residence

Called a “Timeless Luxury” by the Pinnacle List, the Razor Residence in the La Jolla community in San Diego, California, is an 11,000 square feet luxury pavilion featuring translucent glass and set on a cliff that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Created by one of Architectural Digest’s top 100 Designers, Wallace Cunningham, it is estimated that the construction of the architectural masterpiece cost over $34 million.

The home which offers 4 bedroom and 6 bathrooms is a striking combination of white polished concrete and floor to ceiling glass. It rests high above the Torrey Pines State Reserve and is set behind gates to create a private environment overlooking an outstanding setting. It includes a two level guest house located right beside private access to Black’s Beach. The home is considered to be a “trophy property” and “impressive testament to an exclusive luxury lifestyle.” Looking out over a stunning seascape the design incorporates its surroundings and embraces ability of light reflections, and natural features to magnify its design.
