Financing
Responsible for the securing of construction loans on large scale residential projects. Establishment of preliminary cost estimates and proformas. Evaluation of construction costs as they relate to market conditions to avoid overbuilding.

Construction Management
Hands-on responsibility for disimbursements lien release documentation and tracking of accounting activities. Site supervision of sub-contractors and attention to detail in areas of budgeting and scheduling.
