Noreen spent much of her term championing a cause she felt extremely passionate about—creating a 911 emergency service for the Kennebecasis Valley. What else is important to Kim’s lifestyle? Being a 25 year member of Riverside Golf & Country Club, cooking, decorating, enjoying her book club and spending quality time with family and friends. As a native of Saint John, Kim has extensive knowledge of the city and surrounding areas and is well acquainted with the vibrant arts & culture community – the heartbeat of our lives. Kim grew up in Millidgeville; during High School moved to the Kennebecasis Valley and currently resides in Rothesay with her husband Bruce and their son Alexander.
