BIOGRAPHY

Kris learned the facts of life as well as the “facts of real estate” from her mother, who still works in real estate today in Atlanta. So it was natural for Kris to get her license and follow in her mother’s footsteps.

Kris and her husband Charlie moved to Mercer Island in 1980 and raised their two children, Jennifer and Chad. Charlie works at Boeing as well as being a retired Colonel in the National Guard. After graduating from Mercer Island High School, Jenni completed her degree at the University of Washington and Chad completed his at Washington State University.

Kris knows the community and the school system first hand and has enjoyed being a part of it. Having been a part of the Mercer Island community for over 29 years gives Kris a strong advantage to assist you in your decision about Mercer Island. She knows the area very well and has been involved in a large number of the sales. In fact, Kris has sales of over 355 million dollars in the past ten years.

Kris is an Associate Broker, who was a top agent with Coldwell Banker Bain Associates from 1990 till 2008 when she left to join Ewing and Clark, a small Boutique real estate office specializing in the luxury market.
